Refund policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sculpture arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the artwork.
In such cases, Atelier Giants will, at its discretion:

Arrange a replacement sculpture at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund once the claim is verified
All shipments are professionally packaged and insured to ensure safe delivery.
Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature and scale of our sculptures, returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage or defect upon arrival.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the claim is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes

Natural variations in finish, color, or surface character are part of the hand-crafted process and do not constitute defects.

Damage claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
